Hello, and welcome.

I’m really glad you’re here. I believe that healing happens in connection and that you are the expert on your own lived experiences. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and professional guidance as you deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your emotional world.

My path toward becoming a psychologist began through my work in education, where I spent years supporting children, teens, parents, and caregivers in school and community settings. I’ve always been drawn to the ways people grow, adapt, and heal. And, I realized early on that my passion for human connection naturally fit with my love for learning, reflection, and making sense of emotional patterns. Clinical psychology gave me the opportunity to merge all of these parts of myself.

As a PsyD candidate/intern, my clinical focus includes perinatal and postpartum mental health, early childhood social–emotional development, trauma, identity transitions, and the powerful impact of support systems on well-being. I also have a growing clinical interest in supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults — particularly individuals navigating ADHD, autism, learning differences, sensory sensitivities, and emotional regulation challenges.

As both a mother and a clinician, I deeply understand the profound shifts that come with pregnancy, parenting, and navigating changing roles. I value creating a nurturing, culturally responsive space where clients — especially mothers, families, neurodivergent individuals, and people of color — feel seen, understood, and supported.

In my therapeutic and assessment work, I blend evidence-based approaches with genuine care, cultural humility, and non-judgmental curiosity. My assessment work includes developmental, behavioral, and emotional testing aimed at helping clients understand themselves with clarity and compassion. Together, we look beyond the challenges to discover what can grow. I am currently completing my PsyD training and supervised clinical hours as I work toward licensure as a psychologist in California. It’s a privilege to join clients at moments when they’re ready to take the next step — and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you.

*I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can comfortably support Spanish-speaking clients. While I do not provide fully structured clinical therapy exclusively in Spanish, I am able to incorporate Spanish into sessions as needed to help clients feel understood and supported.
